Anthony V (Labwese: Antonju V, Latin: Antonius V) was the sixteenth king of Keltsvia and descendant of Urseku. His nickname was "The Blind".

Early life

Anthony was the oldest son of was the oldest grandson of Mark II of Keltsvia and the son of the then Crown Prince of Keltsvia Anthony and his wife Mojmira, the daughter of Rastislav, the Duke of Moravia. During his grandfather rule, the Kingdom was in peace. The mission of Mark II was to Christianize Slavs, especially in Serbia.

Anthony IV rule

The rule of Anthony IV, the father of Anthony, started on 900 but it was very short because of his sickness. On 902, his son married an Asturian princess named Jimena, daughter of the King Alphonse III. Anthony IV died on 905. The new King was his son Anthony.

Anthony V rule

Anthony V and Jimena had the following children: Anthony (b. 903), Alphonse (b. 905), Mary (b. 906) and Gabriel (b. 910). On 917, Anthony V participated in the Battle of Achelous for the Byzantine Empire, where they lost against the Bulgars and Anthony V fell from his horse and lost his sight. He died on 920, probably due to brain damage. His oldest son, Anthony was the following king.
