The Semi-Constitutional Autonomous Provincial Republic of North Mironov, often referred to simply as North Mironov, is the fourth state of the Provisional Territories of the F.A.R.T. as well as being the residence of Chief Reeducator Ulrikke Levaker, second-highest ranking civil official in the entire F.A.R.T.
North Mironov was officiated as a state in the F.A.R.T. on 9 December 2014 as a Semi-Constitutional Autonomous Provincial Republic.
The state is named in honor of Andrei Mironov, a Soviet Russian actor.
A goal of the F.A.R.T. is to, at some point in the future, found a city in South America and name it Mironov. That is why the "North" has been added to the name of the provisional state of Mironov, located on the west coast of North America, both as a means of preventing confusion as well as explaining, at least in part, its geographical location relative to Mironov.
The National Motto of North Mironov ("42!") comes from the philosophical musings within Douglas Adams' most quintessential work, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which states that "42" is "The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything." Therefore, the motto reflects the nationalistic view that North Mironov (or possibly just its government) is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.
The background tricolor of the flag of North Mironov is borrowed from that of Argentina, the ideal location for Mironov, and emblazoned across the fly is the likeness of Andrei Mironov. In the canton there originally flew a black-outlined red star, but on 8 July 2015 this was replaced by a simple red star with a black-outlined "42" written in yellow lettering over it.
