The Collumist form of government was visioned by J. Collum in 2012. Collumism is a form of government that is very similar to a Republic. The people elect a congress and a president who has most of the authority of an ordinary president, but there is also a Collumist Council consisting of 9 councilmen and 3 head councilmen. The council has the power to vote upon new reforms and if two members vote against it then the law is not passed. The Collumist government is a government for people. Wanting more liberties and freedom to the people. The government can have large amounts of control depending on how much it is needed.
