Some Micronations have created fictive currencies. Some employ them in economic simulations, generally centered around the PHPBank, MyBanco or MicroExchange 2. Or some use them in the real world.

MicroExchange 2 seeks to stimulate intermicronational transactions by standardizing a set of exchange rates and creating interlinked national banks.
