New Europe, officially the Empire of New Europe, is a micronation in North America. New Europe is a federal Constitutional monarchy of twenty states. The capital city is Chicago. New Europe is a member of the G.U.M. and the founder of the Triune Alliance. It holds a key position in community affairs and maintains a close partnership with the Democratic People's Republic of Erusia.

History
U.R.N.A.
The U.R.N.A. was founded by three people who wanted to secure a healthy and bright future for Europeans of the United States and Canada. Originally starting as a white supremacist movement, the U.R.N.A. was bent on strict policies of racial superiority, and ethnic cleansing. But as membership grew and more activism by others than the original three the U.R.N.A. and its members distanced themselves from racism as much as possible.
U.E.N.A.
The U.R.N.A. was reorganized into a Fascist Dictatorship called the U.E.N.A. The U.E.N.A. was more open in its membership than its predecessor group, as the previous group only allowed those of German descent to join. The U.E.N.A. accepted all people of European ancestry to increase its activity and numbers. But the Germans of the group maintained control of the nation until late 2009. And eventually the people called for more action, demanding a national vote be held to determine the future of the U.E.N.A. At this point there more monarchists than fascists and the leader of the group was crowned Emperor. The newly crowned Emperor (Kaiser) Wilhelm, descided to establish the Empire of New Europe and made first contact with the micronational community in January 2009.
Reformation

New Europe had been dominated by political and social unrest sense it was founded. Old issues dating back to the U.R.N.A. continued to plague the day-to-day politics. And one of the communities greatest fears happened, Nazism began to rise in the country. Starting simply by using similar ensignia of the German Wehrmacht. But then things went further with the use of certain symbols of the S.S. and Nazi Party of Germany. These New Euro-Nazi's masked themselves under the banner of the New European Conservative Party. The party was formally a monarchist party, and its members did truely believe they were faithfully serving the emperor, but in the end the party was thwarted before they could get into any major power. The did however influence New Europe's envolvement in a few wars and are the primary cause to the Cold War, and an indirect cause to the war between New Europe and Erusia.
And so in May 2009, the emperor began a series of national reforms that lead to the first national election. And the turn out was the people wanted the New European Fascist Party to rule New Europe's politics. Since the election in August, many social reforms have occured, such as the adoption of new policies regarding white nationalism, and political reform into a pure constitutional monarchy. The list of reforms go on, and the period commonly known as the "Period of Reformation".
New Europe is now a strong micronation with ambitions of actual establishment as a nation. The state governments are designed to spread and maintain the governments interests on a local level. While the Imperial Government fights for and defends the cause and interests of the people.

Government

New Europe is a federal, representative, monarchy. The New European political system operates under a framework laid out in the 2009 constitutional document known as the 2009 Constitution. Amendments to the constitution generally require a two-thirds majority of both chambers of the parliament; the articles guaranteeing fundamental rights, the separation of powers, the federal structure, and the right to resist attempts to overthrow the constitution are valid in perpetuity and cannot be amended.
The Kaiser (Emperor)—currently —is the head of state, invested with key responsibilities and powers. The second highest official in the is the Reichstagspräsident (President of the Imperial Diet), who is elected by the Reichstag and responsible for overseeing the daily sessions of the body. The third-highest official and the head of government is the Chancellor, who is apointed by the Kaiser after being elected by the Reichstag. The Chancellor can be removed by a constructive motion of no confidence by the Reichstag, where constructive implies that the Reichstag simultaneously elects a successor.
Military

New Europe's military, the Reichswehr is a military force with primarily an Army. Their are active plans for a Navy and Air Force, but most plans are on hold due to financial incapacities. Military service is compulsory for men at the age of 18. The Army's primary duty as of now is to safely protect the Kaiser, state leaders, and other important members of government.
Views on Micronational Warfare
The government of New Europe, contrary to many, if not most, other micronations believes that wars can be as much a part of micronationalism as any other part it. New Europe currently produces Air Soft weapons and does have a large militia force willing and ready to invade neighboring micronations on demand.
Foreign relations

New Europe maintains alliances with many micronations in the community. It has re-established ties with the Democratic People's Republic of Erusia, a Communist State of which New Europe had serious tensions and a war with for the most part of 2009. And New Europe has had a friendly policy towards micronational monarchies, but is willing to have relations with micronational republics. New Europe is also the author the Treaty of Universal Non-Aggression, which prevents war between members of the G.U.M. who sign it. New Europe is also a leading member of the G.U.M., of which the New European representative is the acting Vice-Chairman of the organization.
New Europe is the founder of the communities first microinternational alliance system called the Triune Alliance. The alliance was created as a trap to force those who joined it into aiding New Europe in a war against Erusia. After the inevidable war with Erusia broke out and ended, the alliance faded but was still in existence. In October 2009, the alliance was reorganized into a balanced and universal military alliance. Originally the alliance centered around New Europe by having all its members sign a seperate alliance treaty with them, the new alliance will have a universal alliance treaty that will ally all who sign it with eachother not one particular micronation.
New Europe has two catagories regarding its recognition, de jure and de facto are the catagories de jure are those who have a treaty with New Europe that requires them to recognize eachother, and de facto are those who recognize New Europe without a formal treaty or agreement.
