| Section 1, Article 3 of the Cheslovian Copyright Policy 2009 states: |
Although this policy is not recognised by any other nation on Earth (thus Cheslovia cannot take cases to an international court), the Cheslovian Federation will take issues (illegal usage of Cheslovian elements (usage without Cheslovian consent)) and deal with them, without the use of an international court.
Section 1, Article 5 of the same policy states:
The copyrights made by Cheslovia will usually be only recognised by Cheslovia.
Section 2, Article 6 of the same policy states:
It should be noted that it is virtually impossible to monitor who uses Cheslovian related elements. However the CCB (Cheslovian Copyright Bureau) will do its best to monitor them.
Section 2, Article 7 of the same policy states:
Users who are not of Cheslovian origin or citizenship may use Cheslovian elements provided that that attribution to the Cheslovian Federation is given within the work, or derivative works. An email should also be sent to the Cheslovian Federal government via the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
