Forbes is a new Arlo state. It is mentioned in the new constitution of Arlberg.

Forbes is the third largest state in Arlberg, and was created in the October 18 Declaration. Forbes' Emperor Clausnitzer was formerly a member of the Royal House of Arlberg. The Postal code for Forbes is FOR.

• Franklin is the nickname of Forbes' capital, which currently remains without a name. On October 22, Georgia-Canadian & Northwest announced it would run Franklin Railway in Forbes, which appears to have solidified * Franklin as the primary choice for the new capital's name.
