The Palace of the Columbians was built in 1974 as it is a part of the Government House. It was used originally as a bedroom, then in the late 1980s it was used as a sewing and craft room, until once again becoming a bedroom in 2010. In 2014, it became the official residence of the President.
The Palace is a small 8' by 10' bedroom. It has a large window on one wall and a closet at one end. It houses the Office of the President and the President's bedroom.
