09-12-2014 Remove red links and bring to date. The politics of Eniarku take place on the basis of a Congress, a democratic republic, and a multi-party system. The executive power is held by the President, Prime Minister, Secretary-of-State, and High Minister, while the Congress holds the legislative power, being able to make and amend laws, policies, etc. The Judicial power is vested in the Supreme Court, with the Chief and Associate Justices.
The executive power in the federal government is vested in the President, Prime Minister, Secretary-of-State, and the High Minister. The other parts of the executive branch may be the members of the Cabinet.
The legislative power in the federal government is exercised by the Congress. The Congress has the power to create, amend, and disband laws and bills by a vote. The first round of voting begins in the House of Representatives. If the proposal makes it through, it will go on to the Senate. If it makes it through the Senate, it will finally have to obtain the four confirmation signatures from the President, Prime Minister, Secretary-of-State, and the High Minister.
The judicial power in the federal government is vested in the Supreme Court, which is led by a roster of judges, including the Chief Justice and the Associate Justices. The judiciary has complete control over the federal court system and works hand-in-hand with the Attorney General.More to come...
