The Principality of Sabina (Principado de Sabina[Spanish](Principat de Savina[Catalan]),(Pricipál oll Subîl[L'luh]) or Sabina is a landlokced micronation located in the Balearic Islands, and is a member state of the European Micronations Council (EMC). Sabina boasts a population of 5 people approximatly and a land area of 6 acres. The capitol is Can Sabina House, it has a unique government witch has three monarchs; Prince Alban I, Prince Harland I and Prince Inigo I, who all act together as a the heads of sate.
The head of government however is President Archduke Jason, the thrid president of Sabina since its founding in October of 2016 after it was declared by the Founding President Alban, seceeding the land from Spain. Sabina actually follows Spanish law but has its own local laws in place, eatch approved by one of the heads of state. Sabina's constitution acually states that 'Sabina is part of Spain and will not attempt to p*** it off'.
In 2007, settlers established a settlemet in the Sabina. The population would fluctate anually leaving it empty for most of the year. However, nearly ten years later, the settlers had fallen in love with Sabina so much, that they declaired it an independent Principality, geographically surrounded by the kingdom of Spain. annexed by louperians empire
Language & Culture
In Sabina, English is spoken by 100% of the population, L'luh by 60%, Spanish is occasionally used by approximatly 40% of Sabinans as a L2. Catalan is recognised as a regional language of Spain, therefore of Sabina. Sabina is very new but its culture has been cemented into the region for nearly a decade. Dance music and the traditional Sabina 'pizza toast' have a huge cultural signifcance. The national sport is bounceball, follwed by football and swimming.
The L'luh 'Language'
L'luh is a local dialect of English spoken mostly in Sabina. L'luh does not have to be translated despite being the second most spoken language in Sabina, due to the population's London heritage, English is spoken fluently as a first language in all of Sabina.
The addtional laws of Sabina are all aproved by one prince. Each year one of the three princes is eligible to be elected as president, with the runners up as chancellor and prime minister. Sabina follows the same laws as Spain with additonal laws being unique to the principality.

Sabina is not allowed to take part in any miltary conflict nor is it allowed an army, leaving RSBP the country's only form of protection against intruders.
Controversially, it is illegal in Sabina for a toilet to be used between 16:00 and 16:01 according to the 'Shil Law', with a maximum sentence of up to 10 minuites in Jail. Noise pollution is taken very seriously in Sabina.

Sabina does offer citizenship but not to anyone as it is a very small nation. A passport is needed to enter the principality, and a visa applicatoin fee must be paid alongside a visa fee. A visa can only be issued upon invitation. Though Canadian and most EU citizens are Visa exempt excluding those from; the UK and USA (who pay a normal entry fee upon arrival).
Sabina is not recognised offically by any other country. Although it has agreed to have 'Friendly relations' with the Republic of Molossia. Sabina does not recognise Liberland and Enclava, due to the fact that Liberland actually banned Prince Alban I from becoming a potential citizen in 2015 for posting logo ideas for the government on their website forum. He also applied for a job as a graphic designer for enclava via email, and did not receive a reply.
Located on the island of Ibiza, Sabina shares both physical and human geogrpahical simillarities with the Spanish part of the island. Sabina is renouned for its orange soil and orange water, due to the seam of sulpher in the region.
Sabina is home to rabbits, wild cats, wild dogs and a number of bird scpecies. Though Sabina's size does limit its biodiversity.
National Football Federation of Sabina (NFFS)The Principality of Sabina's National Football Team was founded on the 9th of November 2016, after months of planning Vice President Inigo was appointed Coach/Manager of the all national football teams and head of the NFFS. The team has not yet been assembled however the sport is very popular in the principality and the idea of a team is welcomed by the general population.
