A short lived Mirconation which is now a part of Tonga.

The country was set up on the Minerva Reefs just outside Tongan Territoral waters.

The nation had it's currency: The Minerva Dollar as a coin.

The Tongan King traveled to the reefs with a group of convicts and a brass band, the King took down the flag of Minerva to the sound of the Tongan National Anthem, and then the Builder demonlised the Riggs, during this a fight broke out and a one of the convicts was was killed; this then meant that the nation had a death rate higher then it's population.
