Resolution

Resolutions are Arlberg laws enacted by the Chancellor without the consent of the Continental Congress. This power has been granted to the Chancellor since 2003.
The Chancellor may also pass orders, which, according to his own resolution, do not have to be written down.
Famous Resolutions
- Resolution 001 - Created the first National Day of Thanksgiving.
- Resolution 103 - Created the first Fourth Code Holiday.
- Resolution 298 - Established Grand Salle as the capital.
- Resolution 300 - Created AFRA to deal with fire and rescue situations.
- Resolution 301 - Declared a national day of joy for October 19, 2005, with the enacting of the October 18 Declaration.
On November 22, the Chancellor began a new practice of numbering resolutions. Since that point, all resolutions are numbered in order of Chancellorship, the Resolution number, and the term number. For example, the fifth resolution of the seventh Chancellor in his second term would be Resolution 752.
Resolutions issued prior to this have been invalidated.
- Resolution 112 - Halted all immigration between states (Tar Valon Crisis) (Repealed by Resolution 192)
- Resolution 122 - Invalidated the Tar Valon Crisis
- Resolution 132 - Declared the sale and exchange of humans illegal, including their transportation as cargo and their use by states to increase population.
- Resolution 142 - Declared murder, assault, rape, and molestation illegal.
- Resolution 152 - Established Grand Salle as the capital,
- Resolution 162 - Established NERV, WalkWater, and the Arlberg Executive Service Administration.
- Resolution 172 - Banned tobacco products from "public use".
- Resolution 182 - Established a legal voting age (13).
- Resolution 192 - Repealed Resolution 112.
- Resolution 1102 - Formally certified the results of the November 2005 election.
- Resolution 1112 - Restricted firearms to use by NERV and WalkWater only; declared the possession of a knife or multi-use tool a "natural right" that could only be restricted if NERV felt the carrier posed a risk to security.
- Resolution 1122 - Announced that the public wearing of bathrobes was protected by law, provided the wearer had on suitable underclothes.
- Resolution 1132 - Established procedure for Federal Marriage, granting first certificate to Georgia's Emperor and Empress.
- Resolution 1142 - Declared the offical government of Arlberg as Constitutional Imperial Republic.
- Resolution 1152 - Circumvented the Continental Congres and declared a bill proposed by Georgia Emperor Fogg to require all citizens to register in whichever state they choose. (Repealed by 1192)
- Resolution 1162 - Established the Federal Reserve Bank of Arlberg (FRBA). Coincided with an Executive Order asking Congress to permit the FRBA to coin money.
- Resolution 1172 - Laid out the differences between Resolutions and Orders, the largest of which is that Resolutions must be written down.
- Resolution 1182 - Established the Arlberg Fire and Rescue Administration (AFRA).
- Resolution 1192 - Repealed Resolution 1152.
