The Editors’ Rights
The right to good faith edits.
The right to fair judgement when accused.
The right to warnings before punishment.
The right to start and maintain a serious entity on MicroWiki without fear of punishment.
The right of protection against trolling, vandalism and spamming.
The right to a clean slate and clear reputation before, during and after a wrongful or scandalous conviction.
The right to appeal accusations and do so without fear of further accusation.
Code of Conduct
The person of power in Wiki, be it chat moderator, administrator or bureaucrat shall always hold to this standard of conduct. The always shall:
Consult the community before taking drastic measures, such as a mass deletion of articles or a ban.
Be considerate, kind, knowledgeable, unbiased and helpful in matters of all topics and areas.
Make decisions in the best interest of the community.
Uphold the current Wiki policies, as well as moral value.
- Check other colleagues’ powers, and ensure that they uphold the Code of Conduct at all times.
- Be active and contributing regularly to the Wiki and micronational community at hand.
