Dear Leader of New Finland,
Since your unrightfully-claimed territories seem to be located in Europe, we hereby peacefully request that you merge with the Greater Khilian Socialist Republic under the rightful leadership of Wladmir Khil, our Great Chairman and leader of the Communist Party. Let us then, with you as a provincial functionary, cooperate in bringing about the end of capitalism and the end of misleading media by placing them all under state control and enforcing atheism.
